1. How clinics are discovered
Menemem may discover and index clinics through public and permitted data sources, official clinic websites, information supplied by clinics, and trusted or verified sources where available.
2. Information included
Clinic profiles may include identity and classification, addresses, contact details, websites, opening hours, treatments, dentists and team information, languages, social profiles and dental-tourism services. Information is normalized so it can be presented consistently while preserving its source context.
3. Sources and verification
Sources differ in authority. An official website can support an official clinic relationship; trusted sources may support other facts; weaker or conflicting information may require review. Menemem does not automatically treat every public claim as independently verified.
4. Freshness and accuracy
Public information can change. Menemem may record verification dates and refresh information, but cannot promise every field is current at all times. Users should confirm material information directly with the clinic before relying on it.
5. Corrections
Clinics and authorized representatives may request corrections to clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, treatments, dentists, opening hours, social links, clinic status and other factual information.
Menemem may ask for reliable evidence and proof that the requester is authorized to represent the clinic. Requests are assessed against the available sources rather than accepted automatically.
6. Removal requests
A clinic or authorized representative may request review or removal where applicable. Menemem may require evidence of authority. Removal is not automatic where information is lawfully public and legitimate grounds exist to retain it, and each request may be assessed according to applicable rights and obligations.
7. Closed, duplicate and disputed profiles
Incorrect or outdated facts may be corrected, closed clinics may be updated, duplicate profiles may be consolidated, and disputes may be reviewed. Menemem may temporarily limit or annotate information while a material conflict is assessed.
8. Reviews
Clinic factual information and patient reviews are handled separately. Review moderation and clinic responses are addressed in the Reviews policy.
9. Requesting a review
Correction, authority and removal requests may be initiated through Menemem's existing clinic claim or contact channels. Operator-specific legal contact details remain configurable until formally published.
