1. About the consultation service
Menemem's Free Consultation service helps visitors communicate treatment interests and explore clinic options. It is an information and lead-generation service, not dental treatment or medical advice.
2. General Menemem consultation
When a request is submitted from a general consultation area, no clinic is selected. The enquiry goes to Menemem, Menemem may contact the visitor, and Menemem may help identify relevant clinics or options. Information should be shared with a clinic only in accordance with the visitor's consent and the applicable matching process.
3. Clinic-specific consultation
When a request is submitted from a clinic profile, the profile shows the actual clinic name. With the required consent, the enquiry and contact details may be shared with that named clinic, and both the named clinic and Menemem may contact the visitor about the enquiry.
4. Consent and information sharing
The form explains the intended recipients before submission. Consent must not be preselected. Visitors should provide only information relevant to the enquiry and should not submit emergency or unnecessary sensitive records through a general enquiry form.
5. Contact after submission
Submitting a request permits the applicable recipient or recipients to contact the visitor using the details supplied. A stored request may remain successful even if a separate notification channel is temporarily unavailable.
6. What is not guaranteed
A Free Consultation does not guarantee a diagnosis, dental examination, treatment suitability, price, appointment, clinic acceptance, medical outcome, response time or travel arrangement.
7. Not a medical examination
Menemem does not examine patients or determine treatment. A qualified dentist must assess suitability, risks and treatment options. See Medical.
8. Independent clinics
Clinics are independent third parties and remain responsible for their communications, assessments, prices, availability, treatment plans and clinical services.
9. Privacy
Consultation information is handled as described in the Privacy policy. Clinic-specific sharing is limited to the named clinic and relevant Menemem handling, subject to the stated consent.
10. Questions
Questions about these terms may be raised through Menemem's general consultation or contact channel. No legal entity address or dedicated legal email is published until configured.
