1. Genuine experiences
A review should describe the reviewer's own relevant and actual experience. Reviews must not be fabricated, purchased, exchanged for undisclosed incentives or submitted to manipulate a clinic's rating.
2. Prohibited content
Reviews must not contain impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, promotional content disguised as a review, confidential or private information, malicious material, unlawful content, or claims submitted for fraudulent purposes.
3. Useful and fair contributions
Reviewers should describe their experience honestly and clearly. Disagreement or criticism is permitted, but content should remain relevant and must not target individuals with abuse or disclose unnecessary personal information.
4. Moderation
Menemem may screen, hold, reject, limit or remove reviews that breach this policy, create material safety or legal concerns, appear manipulated, or require additional verification. Publication is not automatic.
5. Review verification
Menemem may request reasonable evidence that a relevant experience occurred. Verification does not mean Menemem endorses every statement or independently confirms every clinical claim.
6. Reporting a review
Reviewers, clinics and other affected people may report content for review. A report does not guarantee removal; Menemem considers the content, evidence and applicable standards.
7. Clinic responses
Where supported, an authorized clinic representative may respond to a review. Responses must remain professional and must not reveal confidential patient or treatment information.
8. Conflicts and disputes
When accounts conflict, Menemem may request further information, retain the review, restrict visibility or remove content depending on the evidence and policy. Menemem is not a court or clinical dispute-resolution service.
9. Accuracy and ratings
Menemem does not guarantee that every review is accurate. Attempts by clinics, reviewers or third parties to artificially influence ratings may result in removal, account restrictions or other proportionate action.
10. Privacy
Do not include private medical records or contact information in review text. Personal information used to administer a review is handled under the Privacy policy.
